How does it work?
If you have bought a Pobl Living home and love living in it, why not tell all your friends and family? It could be a win win for both of you!
If your friends or family are thinking about purchasing a new home from us, make sure they know about our Recommend a Friend scheme, print out a voucher or pick one up from one of our Sales & Marketing Suites and pass it on to them so they can bring it to their reservation appointment.
When they legally complete the sale of their new home, you’ll both receive £500!
terms & conditions
- The Recommend a Friend voucher must be fully completed and handed to our Sales Negotiator at the time of reservation at the development where your family or friend wishes to purchase their new Pobl Living home.
- At the time of giving the voucher, the person recommending must have already purchased and completed on their home directly from Pobl Living, and still be living there in order to qualify.
- The form must be signed by all parties (referrer, the person/people referred and the Negotiator).
- Only one reward voucher can be used per home purchase.
- The payment of £500 to the referrer becomes payable on legal completion of the purchase of the new Pobl Living home, please allow 4 weeks after the legal completion date for payment.
- The £500 to the referee will be listed on their reservation agreement and will be deducted from any funds due on legal completion of the purchase of the new Pobl Living home.
- This incentive is not available to employees of Pobl Group any person connected or related to such an employee, Pobl agents or any person either connected professionally with this incentive or offer or acting in a business capacity.
- The £500 to the referrer is not exempt from income tax or any other tax. The recipient of such fee is responsible for the declaring and paying of any tax that may be due.
- The Pobl Living Reward incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other incentive scheme.
- Pobl Living reserves the right to withdraw the Recommend a Friend incentive at any time.
